* This is a therapeutic massage and any illicit or sexual remarks or advances, or sexual behavior will result in termination of your session, and you will be liable for full payment of the scheduled treatment.  

TO BE FAIR TO CLIENTS AND TO MYSELF, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE FOLLOWED: 

* A debit or credit card is required to be placed on file when you book. All billing information is encrypted. Your card will not be charged in advance of your appointment date. When you check out, you may use the card on file, or you may use an alternate form of payment.

* If you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reschedule, if you do not provide notice via email or by calling or texting 704-996-7264, you will be charged the full service amount on the day of your scheduled appointment. If you reach voicemail, leave a message and you will not be charged, provided your voicemail is left prior to the 24 hour window.

* If you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment, you will be considered as a no show and will be charged the full service amount.

* If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, in order to accomodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment given, you will be responsible for the full amount of the service originally booked.  

* Payment for your appointment is due before you leave.

* If you arrive with potentially contagious symptoms or conditions (fever, flu, cold, ringworm, lice, etc) your appointment will be rescheduled. In turn, I will notify you if I need to reschedule, due to experiencing potentially contagious symptoms or conditions. I also treat clients who are undergoing various medical treatments who have compromised immune systems, and my goal is to provide a safe environment for all clients and myself.
